                                                          Chapter Reflection       In our speech class, we were presented with a project in which you were to be put in a group of seven-to-eight people and put together a google slide based on a chapter the group was assigned to teach to the rest of the class. There were three groups:  via GIPHY     Group 1: Chapter 3, Communication and Its Elements   I think this group did very well, not just in having a nice, organized presentation, but it was entertaining and it caught everyone’s attention with its funny but educational videos and examples.   Yesenia Macaya SPC1017 9:50 A.M Professor Sherri Sinkoff.  Chapter Reflection 3, 9 & 10 Chapter 3, presented by Group 1, was a breeze to follow. The presenters were efficient, their points were sharp, and the information flowed seamlessly. It allowed me to take detailed notes without missing a beat. Chapter 3 was about Intercultural communication, how cultures are different with languages, words & gestures. Chapter 3 also talked about gender and the positive and negative impact it has in society. Chapter 3 emphasizes the importance  of embracing diverse perspectives, including varying values, beliefs, and attitudes. I firmly believe that a hold on intercultural communication is important for communities. It shows people to genuinely comprehend and value different cultures.
